Teenager Nilanshi of India who has longest hair in the world … into Guinness Book

17 year old Nilanshi Patel of India has been successful in establishing the Guiness Record as having the longest hair in the world. The length of her hair is 6 feet and 2 inches or in other words … about 190 cm.

Nilanshi says that a time period of about one hour has to be spent to comb the hair every day. Because of a bitter experience at the age of 6 years at a beauty salon, his daughter has begun to grow her hair; but that she has not visited such a place for the past 11 years … said her father an inhabitant of Modaka in Gujarat province, with great pride.

Nilanshi speaks with gratitude to her parents and thanks them for having given her permission to grow her hair. School friends call her by the pet name ‘Rapunzel’. Rapunzel incidentally is the character found in a princess with long hair found in a Western fairy tale.
